These flow plates are ideal for controlling the flow of traffic and ensuring that cars only travel one way down certain roads. As a vehicle passes over the plate the central flap is pushed down allowing it to pass over, returning to an upright position once the vehicle has passed. Rubber buffers are attached to the back of each plate to ensure that noise is kept to a minimum and to reduce damage to the plates over time.
Both of the plates that we have to offer here are finished in a high visibility yellow and are constructed from heavy duty galvanised steel.
Although these Flow Plates can stand up to use by large vehicles they are not recommended for use with HGVs.
