• Q. Why are they required?
  • To provide sufficient information to enable fork lift truck operators and employees within the storage facility to minimise risk and work safety in compliance with company health and safety guidelines.
• Q. Where should they be positioned?
  • This depends on the way the racking in the facility is configured, but essentially, if all the racking the warehouse is positioned and configured the same wuch that there is no consequence if a pallet is accidentally placed int he wrong position, then a single notice at the entry pint is sufficient.l However, if beam height, widths and loading very across aisles and bays then notices must be positioned at each point of change.
• Q. How many are required?
  • Must have a minimum of 1 but will depend on the situation described above
